Preparation of autologous serum eye drop
A whole blood (20 mL) was taken from peripheral vein with vacutainer and allowed to clot at room temperature for 1 h. The blood was then centrifuged at 3000g for 10 min. Autologous serum was carefully prepared under laminar airflow cabinet, and diluted with 1:2 with artificial tear (Refresh tears®) in a sterile bottle.
