Great Ointment for Very Bad Allergies But Has Risks.

A patient loves these creams given to her by her dermatologist but slowly she is developing a cataract.

What should she do?

These two creams have steroids which are great for allergies but can increase the risk of cataract formation and even high eye pressures which if left untreated can lead to glaucoma.

We will try Autologous Serum and/or Platelet Rich Plasma for now as these are safer than steroids.
She is also looking into desensitization with her Allergist but she really hates needles.
